How to Watch UFC Live in Malaysia (Free & Paid, 2026)

Posted on June 11, 2026 by A. J. Riot

UFC in 2026 hits different. The sport has never been more popular globally, the cards are stacked every single week, and Malaysian MMA fans are more engaged than ever. The problem? The streaming landscape just changed dramatically, and the old go-to option for Malaysian viewers is gone. Here’s what actually works in 2026, from free options to paid platforms, and how to catch every fight without missing a round.

What Changed in 2026: The Mola TV Problem

If you’ve been watching UFC in Malaysia through Mola TV, you need to know this: Mola TV shut down for Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia at the end of 2025. The service closed its Southeast Asian operations entirely, leaving a lot of Malaysian UFC fans scrambling for alternatives at the start of 2026.

At the same time, a landmark deal was signed between UFC’s parent company TKO and Paramount+, making Paramount+ the new exclusive home of UFC in the United States, Latin America, and Australia. Replacing ESPN+ for PPV events and eliminating the traditional pay-per-view model entirely. Starting in 2026, all 43 annual UFC events stream on Paramount+ under a single monthly subscription. No individual PPV purchases. That’s huge news, but Paramount+ isn’t directly available in Malaysia. So what are the options?

Free Options: Watch UFC Live in Malaysia Without Paying

Sports Betting Apps: Free Livestreaming with Registration

Several licensed sports betting sites in Malaysia offer free UFC live streaming directly within their apps. The livestream feature is accessible once you’ve registered an account, with no deposit required to watch. For Malaysian MMA fans who want free, legal, and reliable access to UFC Fight Nights and main events without subscribing to a paid streaming service, this is one of the most overlooked options available.

BK8’s in-app livestream covers major combat sports events including UFC, and the interface is clean and mobile-friendly, with no buffering issues that plague illegal streams. Simply register, navigate to the live sports section, and the stream is available on fight night.

BK8 Malaysia have been fully reviewed by the trustworthy Malaysiabettingsites, and this is a safe and legit platform for customers to register at for watching live UFC fights. If you enjoy sports betting, then it’s even a better option as there are multiple UFC bonuses to choose from as well as a comprehensive live betting section during the fights.

UFC’s Official YouTube Channel

The UFC’s official YouTube channel streams UFC Fight Night early prelims for free, with no account registration required. The stream quality is excellent, and it’s completely legal. The catch: it’s early prelims only. Main cards and PPV events are not available for free on YouTube. For casual fans who just want to watch some undercard action before the main event, it’s a solid free option.

Paid Options: Watch Every UFC Fight in Malaysia

UFC Fight Pass: Best for Hardcore Fans

UFC Fight Pass is the UFC’s own global streaming platform and the most reliable way to watch UFC from Malaysia now that Mola TV is gone. At $9.99 per month or $95.99 per year, it gives you access to:

  • UFC Fight Night early prelims live
  • A full archive of thousands of past UFC events
  • Exclusive combat sports content beyond UFC, including ADCC Submission Grappling, Bellator archives, and more
  • Live events from partner promotions worldwide

Fight Pass doesn’t carry UFC main cards for PPV events, because those remain on Paramount+ in the US. But for everything else, it’s the most comprehensive UFC streaming product available to Malaysian fans.

Vidio — Cheapest Way to Watch UFC PPV in 2026

With Mola TV gone, Vidio, which is an Indonesian streaming service, has emerged as the most affordable option for Malaysian viewers who want UFC PPV main cards. It offers UFC coverage at a fraction of Western platform prices, with subscriptions available at well under RM20 per month. Since it’s geo-restricted to Indonesia, you’ll need a VPN to access it from Malaysia. Connect to an Indonesian server, subscribe, and you’re in.

Paramount+ via VPN — Full UFC Access

For the most complete UFC experience including all numbered events and Fight Nights under one subscription, Paramount+ is the answer, but it requires a VPN to access from Malaysia. Connect to a US, Australian, or Latin American server, subscribe at the local rate (US plans start at around $8.99/month), and you get every UFC event for the year with no PPV fees.

UFC Malaysia Live Time: When to Watch in MYT

Most UFC Fight Nights have their main card start at approximately 10:00 AM–12:00 PM MYT on Sundays, with early prelims starting around 6:00–7:00 AM MYT. PPV numbered events typically run slightly later, with main cards around 12:00 PM–2:00 PM MYT on Sunday mornings.

Upcoming UFC Events to Watch (June–July 2026)

  • UFC Fight Night: Muhammad vs. Bonfim: June 7, 2026
  • UFC Freedom 250: June 15, 2026 (Paramount+ US)
  • UFC 328: Chimaev vs. Strickland: Recently concluded (May 9, 2026, Prudential Center, New Jersey)

Quick Comparison: UFC Streaming in Malaysia 2026

  • BK8 App Livestream — Free (registration required) Covers UFC Fight Nights with no deposit needed. One of the most overlooked free options for Malaysian fans.
  • UFC YouTube — Free Early prelims only, no account required. Legal, reliable, and a good option for undercard action before the main event.
  • UFC Fight Pass — $9.99/month The best option for hardcore fans. Covers prelims, a full fight archive, and exclusive combat sports content. No VPN needed in Malaysia.
  • Vidio — ~RM15/month The most affordable way to access UFC PPV coverage after Mola TV’s closure. VPN required to access from Malaysia.
  • Paramount+ — ~RM40/month Full access to every UFC event in 2026 with no PPV fees. VPN required. Best overall value if you watch UFC regularly.

What About Illegal Streams?

It’s worth saying directly: illegal UFC streams in Malaysia are worse than ever in 2026. Stream quality is unreliable, links go dead mid-fight, and the security risks from malware-laden streaming sites are genuine. Between the free registration option on platforms like BK8, the UFC YouTube channel for prelims, and affordable access to UFC Fight Pass, there’s no real reason to go the illegal route anymore.

Malaysian MMA fans have more options than ever in 2026, but just different ones than before. The Mola TV era is over, but between free in-app streaming, UFC Fight Pass, and affordable international subscriptions, every fight is still within reach.
