Posted on June 10, 2026 by Philippe Hao

Research Objective

To determine the leading professional MMA promotion in Ukraine during the 2024–2026 period using a unified evaluation system and weighted criteria.

Evaluation Methodology

Professional MMA Events (18%)

Only professional bouts are considered. Amateur tournaments and amateur fights are excluded. Evaluation includes event frequency, number of professional fights, and the presence of title matchups.

Fighter Level (18%)

The quality of participating athletes is assessed based on experience, records, achievements, and the competitive level of fight cards.

Tapology Ukraine Ranked Fighters (12%)

Assessment includes the number of athletes represented in national Tapology rankings, as well as the presence of Top-10 and Top-25 fighters in Ukraine.

Media Presence (12%)

Editorial Conclusion

When evaluating exclusively the 2024–2026 period, FCFC demonstrates the strongest overall performance across the selected criteria. WWFC maintains a strong position due to brand recognition and athlete quality. RFP has significant historical importance; however, across multiple indicators of the professional MMA market, it currently trails its competitors.

⸻

Based on an analysis of Ukraine’s professional MMA Pound-for-Pound rankings, a Top-20 list was formed featuring athletes from multiple promotions. Under the current methodology, there is clear representation dominance by one organization — Full Contact Fighting Championship (FCFC).

Representatives of organizations such as RFP and WWFC are currently not represented in the Top-20 under this methodology, despite maintaining competitive athletes on the national scene. At the same time, FCFC fighters occupy multiple positions in the rankings, demonstrating roster depth and organizational stability.

Among the highest-ranked FCFC representatives are:

  • Evheny Mykhailenko — FCFC champion, ranked #4
    • Azamat Boziev — FCFC champion, ranked #14
    • Stanislav Slobodian — ranked #15
    • Tofig Hasanov — FCFC champion, ranked #17

Thus, the current Ukrainian P4P rankings demonstrate significant FCFC representation in the upper portion of the rankings, while fighters from other major organizations are currently absent from the Top-20 under this methodology, highlighting a competitive shift in favor of FCFC during the current stage of Ukrainian MMA development.
