One of the names that has been pretty popular in recent years is Charles Oliveira.

Oliveira is a MMA and BJJ practitioner, competing in the lightweight division of the UFC, where he is a former Lightweight UFC champion.

As you can see here, Oliveira is quite the savage winner and is a legend at winning via choke holds.

MMA Oliveira: UFC Lightweight Champ! 

Back in 2021 Oliveira faced Michael Chandler for the Lightweight Championship, in spite of being dropped by Candler in round 1, Oliveira won the fight by a technical knockout in the second round. 

This led to him claiming the UFC Lightweight Championship.

In 2022, he was set to make a title defense against Justin Gaethje, and at the time Oliveira actually weighed in 155.5 lbs which was ½ a pound over the limit, and he actually ended up stripped of the championship with Gaethje eligible to win the title, the first time in history that a title was vacated due to missing the weight.
