I say straw… 121 and under if that’s the most commonly used weight in whatever orgs are doing this.

The real real issue is that everything is so tight down there w/ the various orgs.. I’ve seen 115, 119, 120, 121 used as valid weights. If I crunch this thing down to 117, it becomes a wasteland… 118 risks throwing some 119ers in that weigh in a pound light… and so on and so forth.

121 isn’t truly “Straw” but it makes since to lump it in… because lumping it into Fly makes even less sense as there is zero crossover and Fly is an established division worldwide.

Is ACB or Akhmat having all these fights at 121? I guess we can finally expand Straw beyond Top 25…

It seems the former Russian states have found a niche at 121… they’re going to flood the Strawweight division…. Between true Straw and Fly is basically a no man’s land.

Before asking where a specific fighter is ranked or why they aren't ranked:

- We update the rankings once per week, usually on Sunday or Monday.

- Fighters who have not fought in 450 days or more ARE NOT RANKED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

- Use the "Fighter Search" option in the upper-right of the page. The fighter may be ranked in a different division.

- Most of the divisions have multiple pages beyond this one. See the clickable ranges above and below the ranking table.

Furthermore, we do not maintain the "next fight" data. This is gathered from Sherdog. Any issues regarding this data should be forwarded to them.
