Top Heavyweight UFC Fighter Tom Aspinall Sings an Peculiar Sponsorship Deal

Posted on May 15, 2025 by A. J. Riot

At the moment, Tom Aspinall is one of the biggest names in the UFC. His MMA record is so good that today there is no fighter willing to stand against him. Even the legendary Jon Jones is being shy of fighting Tom with the UFC heavyweight title on the line. So, while Aspinall is waiting for  a worthy opponent to come his way, let’s talk about other things going on in his career.

The business side of UFC was always kind to fighters. Superstars such as Tom Aspinall are always able to attract top sponsorship deals. These days, it became public that Tom has signed a deal with the game developing company called Spribe. This game provider specializes in software development in online casino gaming.

The interim champion has become one of many names in the UFC that have accepted this type of  sponsorship deal. Just some of the folks from the world of MMA connected to the same company are Alex Pereira, Johnny Walker, and Merab Dvalishvili. In the future, it will be Tom’s job to promote the super popular Aviator casino game. Considering that we’re talking about a crash game, and Tom loves crushing his opponents, the Manchester-born fighter will have no issues doing it.

According to what Tom had to say about the game it would appear that to him this is more than just a simple sponsorship deal. Aspinall compared the thrill of playing Aviator to the same excitement that a fighter has when entering the octagon during a fight night. If the adrenaline rush is nearly as comparable, fans of the UK-based fighter should flock to try it out.

One of the main jobs for Tom Aspinall during this sponsorship deal will be to promote the game. The company behind Aviator, Spribe has prepared plenty of promotional material, and many of their future campaigns will be created around the Brit fighter. The UFC interim heavyweight champion is sure that his presence alone will help Aviator really take off among the fans of MMA that follow him.

The sponsorship deal in question was signed during the resting part of the year for Tom, as he is still actively looking for the next opponent to face. While it is more than evident that Aspinall is looking to defend his title once again, to further cement his MMA and UFC legacy, the only opponent that could aid in making it so is none other than Jon Jones. While an Aspinall/Jones fight is still in the making (if it ever happens), it leaves more time for Tom to dedicate himself to other ventures and this deal with Spribe to promote Aviator is precisely that.

According to Tom, both himself and the game developers from Spribe are always looking to seek success and are committed to be the best and to work with the best, and it is what makes this partnership to feel so natural.

As far as Aviator is concerned, in essence it is one of the most popular crash games on the market. While Tom’s presence and name recognition will certainly attract more fans to it, it was already flying high as it was. The game is exciting and entertaining, and it truly does make players feel an adrenaline rush when playing. Of course, Aspinall may have gone overboard by comparison to adrenaline rush when entering an octagon, but it does go in that direction.

The gameplay is based on an airplane taking off at the start of the game when the multiplier is set at x1,00. The higher it flies the higher the multiplier gets. The top border of possible wins is set at x10,000 of your initial bet and a multiplier such as this one is what makes people play the game. All outcomes are completely random as it is guaranteed by the Random Number Generator. In addition the game is not too volatile, as RTP is set at 97%.

As we said, the game starts when the plane takes off, and it ends when it disappears from the screen. The goal is to make a bet. Let it take off. Cash out before it disappears. If it disappears before you cash out, you lose, and wait for another round. The options of auto-bet, and auto-cash out are possible, and they make the game more interesting.

Lastly, the game has massive social appeal, as it comes with a live in-game chat where all players currently playing can talk to each other. Also, most casinos keep a leaderboard, so you can see how your success rate compares with other participants.

With everything above said, money aside, it is easy to see why this sponsorship was so interesting for Tom Aspinall. For a fighter looking to reach the highest heights of UFC, a game that brings more money your way the higher the airplane flies, fits an reigning UFC champ to a letter.
