Four UFC Fights That Give Fall 2026 a Real Championship Shape

Posted on September 18, 2026 by A. J. Riot

An “anticipated” UFC list should start with bouts the promotion has actually announced. As of September 14, 2026, the next six weeks contain two flyweight title fights, a welterweight main event, and a featherweight championship bout. Joshua Van and Alexandre Pantoja meet again on September 19, Natalia Silva and Wang Cong fight for vacant gold on October 3, Joaquin Buckley faces Mike Malott in Edmonton on October 17, and Alexander Volkanovski defends against Movsar Evloev at UFC 333 on October 24. Cards can still change, so the dates below reflect UFC listings at the time of writing.

Van-Pantoja II Has an Unfinished First Fight Behind It

UFC 331 in Los Angeles is headlined by flyweight champion Joshua Van against Alexandre Pantoja. Their first meeting ended 26 seconds into round one after Pantoja suffered an elbow injury. Van later defended the belt with a fifth-round TKO of Tatsuro Taira. Pantoja had previously defended the flyweight title four times. The appeal is simple: this is a rematch where the first result created history without providing much tactical evidence.

Silva-Wang Puts a Vacant Belt Between Two Rising Careers

UFC 332 on October 3 in Salt Lake City will crown an undisputed women’s flyweight champion after Valentina Shevchenko informed the promotion she would be unavailable for at least a year. Natalia Silva arrives on a 14-fight winning streak, with UFC highlighting recent victories over Rose Namajunas, Alexa Grasso, and Jessica Andrade. Wang Cong has won four straight in the UFC, most recently over Tracy Cortez. This matchup is compelling because neither fighter is being positioned as a temporary placeholder. One of them leaves with a division built around her next title defense.

Betting Markets Should Be Read After the Fight Is Confirmed

Fight-week information changes as weigh-ins, medical updates, and card announcements arrive. Fans often want rankings, event status, moneyline prices, round totals, and method-of-victory markets together. A Bangladesh online betting site can organize those options around a single bout and keep the relevant statistics on the same page. That structure helps users move from a fighter update to the matching event market in a few steps.

Mobile access becomes especially useful close to walkout time. A clear event page can show whether a bout is scheduled for three or five rounds alongside prices, market types, and account information. A Melbet ios route keeps event status, live options, bet history, and profile tools on one device. Users can follow the card and switch between fights without returning to the main schedule after every result.

Buckley-Malott Is a Welterweight Fight With Ranking Pressure

Joaquin Buckley and Mike Malott headline UFC Edmonton on October 17. UFC currently lists Buckley at No. 10 and Malott at No. 13 in the welterweight division. Buckley’s official profile shows a 21-8 record with 15 knockout wins, and his most recent UFC result is a May victory over Sean Brady. Malott gets a home-country main event and a chance to climb against a ranked finisher. With no belt attached, the stakes are different: this is about position in a crowded 170-pound contender queue.

Volkanovski-Evloev Is the Technical Test of the Schedule

UFC 333 on October 24 at Etihad Arena pairs featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski with No. 1 contender Movsar Evloev. Evloev earned a five-round decision over Lerone Murphy in London in March 2026, extending a style built around pressure, grappling, and positional control. Volkanovski brings championship experience and years of five-round striking adjustments. The contrast gives the bout its value. If Evloev can force long grappling sequences, the champion’s space disappears; if Volkanovski keeps exchanges mobile and layered, the challenger has to solve a very different problem.

The Calendar Is Strong Enough Without Rumored Fights

Fall coverage often gets cluttered with rumored matchups. This list does not need them. The promotion already has confirmed title fights on September 19, October 3, and October 24, plus Buckley-Malott on October 17. Those bouts cover four divisions and four different questions. For readers planning what to watch, the event page is still the final check because MMA cards can change even after posters and tickets are released.
