UFC 315 is set to take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal on May 10th, and fans are buzzing with excitement. Many have been waiting for this event for a while now, and with the UFC officially announcing the schedule, fans cannot wait for the event to start.
UFC 315 promises some of the best pound-for-pound action with interesting matchups already confirmed. Fans who want to be part of the action are already searching for the best no verification betting sites where they can find the best odds on the upcoming tournament. With these platforms, bettors can jump straight into the action without having to worry about the KYC process and submitting their verification documents. All they need to sign up is an email address and a crypto wallet. With these requirements, bettors can safely and anonymously wager on various sports of their choice.
The UFC’s return to Canada is a big one, according to President Dana White. Despite the low ticket sales just days before the event, White seems very enthusiastic about the pay-per-view event. In his recent address to the press, he stated that fans are about to witness an impressive event at the Bells Centre.
The confirmed bouts for UFC 315 also give reason to believe that it will be one for the books. The main event, which is a welterweight bout between champion Belal Muhammad and challenger Jack Della Maddalena, promises to be an exciting one. Della Maddalena has become a household name after his victory against Gilbert Burns despite breaking an arm. The match caused a stir as it pushed Maddalena to 5th in the UFC rankings and also gave him a shot at the title.
In the buildup of the bout, Maddalena has made claims about Muhammad’s fighting style and approach. Maddalena has called Muhammad slow, citing his inability to finish fights, and it raises a lot of eyebrows going into Saturday’s main event.
In the co-main event, Valentina Shevchenko will begin the defense of her newly reclaimed women’s flyweight title when she takes on Manon Fiorot. The match will be the third meeting between these two fierce rivals in recent years. Shevchenko, who is one of MMA’s most decorated fighters, lost the women’s flyweight title to Alex Grasso in 2023 after holding it for five years. Shevchenko later won it by unanimous decision when both fighters met in September last year. Fiorot will be looking to take the title off Shevchenko and continue her seven-match unbeaten run in the UFC since 2021.
Alex Grasso and Natalia Silva will also face off in the women’s flyweight division. This match serves as an opportunity for Grasso to redeem herself after a trilogy loss to Shevchenko. While she isn’t seen as a favorite, fans hope that she can pull up a fine performance against Silva and get a win to stop any quadrilogy talks
There is also growing excitement about a potential heavyweight title unification bout between Jon Jones and interim champion Tom Aspinall. While fans believe that Jones’ refusal to fight Aspinall would taint his legacy, Rashad Evans, a UFC Hall of Famer, says he’s unsure about the whole situation. A part of him wants the fight to happen, and another part wants Jones to retire without having to fight. In all of this, Aspinall and his coach, who is also his father, are getting more frustrated at the delayed response by Jon Jones ahead of UFC 315.
