These are the results from this past Thursday and Friday and how they effected the fighters rankings.

Light Heavyweight (205 lbs)
Francis Carmont (14 – 7 – 0) defeated Simon Carlsen (4 – 2 – 0) by TKO due to punches in the 2nd round.  Carmont moves up 23 spots from #82 to #59.  Carmont is on a 3 fight win streak, and has won 4 of his last 5.  Carlsen drops 50 spots from #101 to #151.  Prior to this loss, Carlsen was on a 4 fight win streak.

Light Heavyweight (205 lbs)

Attila Vegh (21 – 4 – 2) defeated Baga Agaev (20 – 11 – 0) by TKO due to corner stoppage in the 3rd round.  Vegh moves up 63 spots from #115 to #52.  Vegh is 3-1-1 in his last 5 fights.  Agaev drops weight classes and moves from #50HW to #74LHW.  Prior to this loss, Agaev was on a 5 fight win streak.

Lightweight (155 lbs)

Ivan Buchinger (16 – 2 – 0) defeated Maratbek Kalabekov (12 – 4 – 0) by unanimous decision.  Buchinger moves up 9 spots from #132 to #123.  Buchinger is on a 4 fight win streak.  Kalabekov drops off the top 500 list for 155lbs,  being previously ranked at #457.  Prior to this loss, Kalabekov was on a 3 fight win streak.

Middleweight (185 lbs)
Artur Kadlubek (10 – 8 – 0) defeated Milan Tomes (4 – 5 – 0) by TKO due to punches in the 1st round.  Kadlubek goes from being unranked to #273.  Tomes remains unranked.

Welterweight (170 lbs)
Matus Laincz (6 – 2 – 0) defeated Jaroslav Poborsky (15 – 25 – 0) by TKO due to punches in the 1st round.  Laincz goes from being unranked to #308. Laincz is on a 3 fight win streak.   Poborsky remains unranked.

Jose Figueroa (10 – 4 – 0) defeated Artiom Damkovsky (8 – 5 – 0) by TKO due to punches at 2:28 into the 2nd round.  Figueroa moves up 105 spots from #198 to #93.  Figueroa has won 3 in a row.  Damkovsky drops 94 spots from #105 to #199.  This loss stops a 5 fight win streak for Damkovsky.

Middleweight (185 lbs)
Magomed “White Wolf”  Sultanakhmedov (16 – 5 – 0) defeated Tyson Jeffries (7 – 5 – 0) by TKO due to knees to the body at 3:07 into the 2nd round.  Magomed moves up 40 spots from #154 to #114.  Figueroa has won 2 in a row, and has won 9 of his last 10 fights.  Jeffries moves down 91 spots from #179 to #270.  This loss stops a 3 fight win streak for Jeffries.

Light Heavyweight (205 lbs)
Former Ultimate Fighter and UFC veteran Vinny Magalhaes (7 – 5 – 0) defeated Tyson Jake Doerr (6 – 1 – 0) by TKO due to punches at 1:47 into the 1st round.  Magalhaes moves up 1 spot from #66 to #65. Magalhaes has won 3 in a row and has won 5 of his last 6 fights.  Doerr, who suffered his first loss Friday night, remains unranked.

Lightweight (155 lbs)
Undefeated Alexander Sarnavskiy (13 – 0 – 0) defeated Beau Baker (8 – 3 – 0) by rear naked choke at 2:32 into the 2nd round.  Sarnavskiy moves up 53 spots from #152 to #99.  Baker goes from #203WW to #272LW.  Beau Baker has lost 2 of his last 3.

Middleweight (185 lbs)
“G.I. Jason” Jason Norwood (11 – 2 – 0) won a unanimous decision over Mojo Horne (8 – 3 – 0).  Norwood moves up 39 spots from #110 to #71.  Norwood has won 11 of his last 12.   Norwood stopped a 2 fight win streak for Horne, who has lost 3 of his last 5.   Horne drops from #101 to #143.

Bantamweight (135 lbs)
Jessie Riggleman (10 – 2 – 0) defeated Jason Hilliker (2 – 2 – 0) by submission due to a guillotine choke at 3:13 into the 1st round.  Riggleman moves up weight classes from #43Fly to #146BW.  Prior to back to back losses before this fight, Riggleman was undefeated in 9 fights.    Hilliker remains unranked.

Middleweight (185 lbs)
Hector Lombard (28 – 2 – 1) defeated Joe Doerksen (46 – 15 – 0) via TKO stoppage due to a cut at 4:13 into the 1st round.  Lombard moves up two spots from #14 to #12.  Lombard is on a 22 fight win streak, which puts him in the top 10 most consecutive wins.   Doerksen moves  from #57 to #56.  Doerksen is on a 3 fight losing streak, previously losing twice in the UFC and being released.

Welterweight (170 lbs)
Manuel Rodriguez (8 – 1 – 0) defeated Rodney MacSwain (12 – 3 – 0) by unanimous decision.  Rodriguez moves up 119 spots from #242 to #123.  Rodriguez is on a 4 fight win streak.  MacSwain drops 52 spots from #108 to #160.  Prior to this loss, MacSwain was on a 3 fight win streak.
