  1. mmamofo21 Says:

how the hell is josh koshcheck ahead of thiago alves

  2. jcs Says:

That’s not how the system currently works. When Hendricks beat Sadollah, Sadollah was a 1-0 fighter.

  3. ecman83 Says:

Do you guys realize that Johny Hendricks is not in the top 50? I see Sadollah at 29 so i would expect Hendricks to around 20?

  4. jcs Says:

I think the weight cut would hurt him.. and not sure he’s fast or scrappy enough for a lot of the top 155ers.

  5. Jordan P. Says:

jcs i know you aren’t much of an opinion guy. this website is about technical analysis and i appreciate that. but how do you think serra would do at lightweight?

  6. Jordan P. Says:

see i was thinking a fight at middleweight. he needs to take a fight against a wrestler nobody thinks he can beat. thats the only way he is gonna get respect and maybe, though unlikely, a shot at gsp.

if he beat dan henderson people would be shouting for that fight from the roof tops. not that i think he could but i don’t think he would get knocked out either. tough fight for him. hard to get respect now a days outside the ufc.

  7. oleg Says:

Hieron is about the only high-ranked WW available for Diaz to fight outside of UFC. I suppose they could get Gono or Hornbuckle…

  8. Jordan P. Says:

thank you guys for having the best ranking system in the business. in your expert opinion who would diaz benefit most from facing next?

  9. jcs Says:

    Diaz is now #5.

We adjust points by division now, so even though Diaz had less points at Middle.. he had more points at Welter.

  10. Jordan P. Says:

I’m calling for Nick Diaz to be in the top 5 after that fight. I trust your rankings either way I just think this guy is an animal and he beat someone who had more points than him on your website and he beat them decisively. no one can say he just beats old men now.

i also think a lawler-smith fight is on the horizon cuz they get owned and land lucky shots so they are made for each other. in that context cung le vs melvin manhoef would be a must see. what do you think jcs?
