  1. Matt509 Says:

Wow UFC owns the LHW division.

  2. Matt Says:

I don’t see Rua beating Rahsad. I just don’t. I can also knowone dominating this weight class for a while. With fighters like Machida, Rua, Rashad, Rampage, Griffen, Jon Jones, Matt Hammil, Thiago Silva, Belfort, and possibly Anderson Silva moving up. This weight class is loaded with stars and I can’t wait to see all these great matchups ready to happen.

I just wish they could go abck to UFC1 and make a tourny. Just a good old fashin UFC tourny, the winner gets the LHW championship.

  3. jcs Says:

No idea. 195 is in our LHW zone and by default, a fighter moves to his most recent weight class.

  4. Thorgrimm Says:

Does Robbie Lawler plan on fighting at LHW ? I thought that fight with Babalu was just a catch-weight fight.

  5. jcs Says:

Machida got demolished by Rua who was lower than Evans…. sometimes these things just happen..

The two options are blocking, or some type of retroactive guidance (changing the effect of previous fights based on more recent fights).

Blocking is way too concrete and in the cases of guidance, similar instances may still occur.

    There’s no good solution

  6. gmoney Says:

Can something be written in for head-to-head fights? Evans ranked over Machida should not be happening. He didn’t just lose to Machida, he got demolished.

  7. jcs Says:

Ignoring that DQ would probably not get Jones into the top 10.

  8. Chris L Says:

A disqualifiacation for ranking purposes should be noted and thrown out. This is a weakness of computer or statistical ranking. Jon Jones is easily a top ten fighter. He totally dominated Matt Hamill. A loss my disqualification should be set aside.

  9. FOOGAZEE Says:

I don’t want to tell anybody that I told them so, but Jon ‘Bones’ Jones will be the light heavyweight champion inside of two years. Please rank him respectively in th top ten and put Anderson Silva in there also!!! He only fought his last 3 fights at 205lbs and won convincingly. Why is Paulo Filho in these rankings??? He’s a great fighter but fights at 185lbs and couldn’t beat Jake Shields or Anderson Silva if he ever had the chance in that middleweight division.

  10. marvin Says:

heavyweight would be the class where a non champ is #1, plus i don’t think rampage will be at 2 after the rashad fight. Rua should be 2
