How to calculate [ELO/WHR/etc. rating diff] -> win probability?

Is there somewhere on Fight Matrix site, or the internet where I can read about how the win probability is extrapolated from the rating difference in the blog posts here? Here's an example:



Or maybe someone can explain it?
