why's Kerr always ranked above Igor in the all-time rankings when Igor was always ranked higher during their careers in the historical rankings?

Latest Igor check...

#30 HW (up 7 since June)
#144 LHW (down 32)
#185 Overall (up 30)

Reasons for movement.. re-worked divisional credit for the olden days to be more "fair" to fighters -- this moved many top fighters out of Heavyweight for a time (rightfully so), thus improving Igor's HW. This had the side effect of moving some of those fighters into LHW (and above Igor). Old data strengthened a bit.. thus causing a net positive on his overall rank.

More steps taken to fill in some unknown divisions in really old bouts in today's release. Didn't really help Igor though.

Igor Check

#30 HW (=)
#144 LHW (=)
#188 Overall (-3)
