For this statistic, we used the organization that fighters last fought in, unless a fight is scheduled (that we have in our DB). The one thing I did do, is separate the 18 fighters who the UFC recently cut (Fitch group + Nunes and Vieira), into their own category. We left out the StrikeForce fighters who do not have a fight scheduled in the UFC yet.

WSoF kicks ass!!
Stay tuned Darren. We have a permanent feature in the works coming this year, that will have that and much more.
It would be interesting to see the number of ranked fighters in each organization.
Does the ufc title bonus have any impact on this? I can’t see any reason to keep that in at this point. Some type of modifier based on 5 round fights vs 3 round fights would be much more fair.
6.6% = 1/15, meaning fitch. nunes was cut yesterday so you can just about double that percentage.
I am quite surprised by the presence of KSW and also by the monopoly forming at the top.
This tells me that many of the recent UFC castoffs should have no problems finding a spot in another organization. Everyone except the UFC seems to be desperate for decent fighters.
