In a rematch from the first round, Chuck O’Neil defeated Zachary Davis with a 20-18 unanimous decision. Davis suffered torn retinas in both eyes, requiring emergency surgery and effectively ending his fighting career.
In the last quarter-final, Anthony Ferguson defeated Ryan McGillivray with a TKO in the first round.
