He may not have fought as many #1 fighters as some people on the list but I think his competition has been consistently more rigorous than others. Gonzaga for instance has had it rough against Werdum, Randy and Cro Cop but he still got a softball against McCully. Hughes had it rough against Alves and St. Pierre but Lytle doesn't come close to being on the same level.
