Notable Info

  • Effects from recent shows such as Pancrase, Cage Gladiators, DREAM, and UWC can now be observed.
  • Additions and corrections made to historical shows/bouts.

The #1 Lightweight spot is still Takanori Gomi’s, but by less than 1 rating point!  With Gomi’s decaying point total, lack of scheduled bouts, and the upcoming Sherk/Penn title match, it is an absolute certainty that Gomi’s reign at the top will come to an end, very shortly.

The next rankings update is scheduled for May 4th.

Man, I know that its hard to boot somebody from the number one spot when they have an icredbile lead on points, and then only fights good but not great fighters once in a blue moon to remain relvent…but we are getting oftly close. I really wish Gomi could get over his performance against Diaz, gain some confidence and go out and fight the best again. Because as it stands, I think he would lose to everybody else in the top 5…decisively.

Before asking where a specific fighter is ranked or why they aren't ranked:

- Fighters who have not fought in 450 days or more ARE NOT RANKED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

- Use the "Fighter Search" option in the upper-right of the page. The fighter may be ranked in a different division.

- Most of the divisions have multiple pages beyond this one. See the clickable ranges above and below the ranking table.

Furthermore, we do not maintain the "next fight" data. This is gathered from Sherdog. Any issues regarding this data should be forwarded to them.
